Description
Victor appears as a spectral man wearing a white suit with coattails. He has messy black hair kept under a white top hat, the Aces' Hat. Victor wears dress pants and dress shoes as well, and is usually seen with a stern look on his face. He has a star-shaped birthmark on the back of his neck.
Affiliations
Victor aligns himself only with those in his bloodline, but will assist any who fight alongside them if they have a Spectre.
Personality
Victor cares greatly for his family above all else, especially his daughter Eir. Victor remains calm under pressure, and when confident, will often toy with his opponent.
Powers
Spirit Walker
- Phantom Strike: A charged Spirit Walker hit. Can be chained rapidly in an attack rush. Can harm Spectres and Flux Barriers.
- Hat Trick: Victor charges the Ace's Hat and throws it in a boomerang manner.
- Overdrive: Victor can charge a Spectre with Spirit Walker energy, enhancing their destructive capability and greatly increasing their ability to harm vampires and superhumans.
Spectre: Blood Legacy
- Twin Souls: Victor can summon himself out of any Steelarm family member's star birthmark, whenever said family member activates their Spectre. Victor can influence his own summoning by subtly altering the environment, giving the Steelarm a reason to call out their Spectre.

Character History
Victor originates from the first age, a time before recorded history and before the world. His history is unknown, as he never speaks of it to anyone. Victor's bloodline is doomed to "Follow closely the hand of fate," leading to many tragic events in his family's life. Only recently, Victor returned to life for purposes unknown.
